Originally from New Zealand, Jen Pomeroy is a chef and recipe developer now based in Abu Dhabi, where she is continuing to grow her food business under her own name. Previously known as The Modern Mess, this rebrand marks a shift toward a more personal identity as she builds on her work creating seasonal recipes and food content. As she settles into a new location, she is looking to expand her business into cooking lessons and workshops and a strong personal brand in the food space.
