A Process with Heart & Strategy

This is more than a design timeline, it’s a journey we take together. My process is intentionally structured, yet deeply personal: built on strategy, guided by conversation, and fuelled by the heart of your brand.

I’m especially passionate about partnering with women in business, women stepping into their vision, elevating their presence, and showing up with confidence. For many, branding isn’t just a visual shift; it’s an act of claiming their space and stepping fully into their aspirations.

The standard process takes around four weeks, though it can be accelerated if needed. At every stage, we’ll pause for one-on-one conversations to refine, realign, and ensure your brand is unfolding in a way that feels true to you.

Because this isn’t just about creating something beautiful, it’s about building a brand with clarity, confidence, and heart. A brand designed for longevity, ready to grow with you for years to come.

1. Connect
It begins with a Discovery Call, a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other, explore your vision, and talk about what’s possible. If it feels like the right fit, your project is secured with a signed agreement, a completed briefing form, and a 50% deposit. This sets the stage for everything that follows.

2. Moodboards (1 week)
This is where your brand begins to take visual shape. Based on your briefing, I’ll curate moodboards and we’ll review them live together on a call. We’ll refine and align in real time, ensuring the creative direction feels inspired and true to you. A polished board is sent after our session, ready to guide the design ahead.

3. Design Phase (1 week)
Here your brand identity comes to life. I’ll craft two unique brand concepts, complete with mockups, and present them on a call. We’ll walk through each option together, talking through strategy and style before choosing the path forward.

4. Final Tweaks & Templates (1 week)
With a direction chosen, we’ll make any refinements needed to bring your brand identity to its best. During this stage, I’ll also design a set of custom Canva templates (around 8 unique tiles), created to carry your branding seamlessly. These give you a simple, consistent way to start showing up online with confidence from day one.

5. Brand Toolkit (1 week)
Once everything feels complete, you’ll receive a full suite of brand assets including logos, colour codes, supporting elements, and your Canva templates. This isn’t just handover, it’s equipping you with a toolkit designed for consistency, ease, and longevity. Final payment is due here, and if you’d like, we’ll jump on a call to walk through your new toolkit together.

6. 3-Month Check-In
Three months later, we reconnect for a casual follow-up chat. It’s your chance to ask questions, gain clarity, and feel supported as you continue to roll out your brand. This check-in ensures your identity isn’t just working beautifully now but is set to serve you with confidence and longevity into the future.
